 A: No, as any other call, the standard charges are:

1) charge per minute (billed per second) of the 0900 access number, as shown on our website, and
2) call-set-up charge: a charge per completed* call of € 0,045.

* a call completes and charging starts, after the voiceprompt announcing the charge per minute.

 A: Once you dial a 0900number from your mobile phone, there should be an extra charge on top of the standard 0900BELLEN.COM rate. The table below shows you the surcharges for calls from your mobile; in any case, it is advised to ask your mobile phone operator for the latest rate.

 A: Only if the rate calculator shows a different rate for mobile calls abroad, there will be a different charge. If not, the charge will be the same for calls to fixed and mobile numbers.

 A: Yes, you can save by using 0900BELLEN.COM with every operator. The cost of using 0900BELLEN.COM do not vary per fixed line operator. In the case this does happen, the operator will be obliged to announce this with a voiceprompt at the beginning of the phone call.

 A: It is easy and very convenient to programm the 0900BELLEN.COM access numbers:

Nokia:
Enter the access number, then enter three times the '*' key, and the letter 'p' will show up in your screen. Then you enter the complete number you wish to dial, you will see the following 09000781p004412334567 (for example a number in UK.)

Siemens/Panasonic:
Enter the access number and then "0" and keep on pressing untill you see the "+" sign. You will see the following: 09000781+004412334567(for example a number in U.K.)

Motorola/Ericsson:
nter the access number and then enter "*" continuously untell you see the 'p' sign. You will see the following: 09000781p004412334567 (for example a number in U.K.)

16Q: I have been trying to use 0900BELLEN.COM but I cannot succeed or keep on receiving strange messages. Why is this?
 A: It is highly possible that your phone is too old, or that you should set your phone to \'TONE\' (see the phone\'s manual) in stead of \'PULSE\'. Our systems can not be used by using a phone with only pulse signals (the \'older\' phones).
